Collective Card: Six of Pentacles
Spooky season kicks off and having the Six of Pentacles asks us to look at what we have and what we do not. Nothing says scary like doing inventory of what our careers lack, but take this opportunity to learn where you can grow and what you can offer. As always, looks can be deceiving and while others may seem that they are ahead in their careers, we do not know what they are struggling with. You never know if you have to offer what they need, OR what they offer you need. Take this month to find a mentor, OR become a mentor. Give and take!
Libra: Six of Wands

Libra, hold your head up high! Toot your horn! You deserve to revel in your joy! You have worked hard and have either achieved a goal OR are very close to it. Either way, find pride in yourself, but be careful to keep going. We can party, but that does not mean we stop hustling! Find the balance, but also find the joy!
Scorpio: The Star

Take a moment here. Everyone loves to say Scorpios are attracted to the dark side, but ask yourself: what inspires you in scary times? As October rolls around and the sun starts setting earlier, sometimes we fear that we don’t have enough time in the day to accomplish our goals. I encourage you to take a moment and look up. Sometimes inspiration comes when we least expect it, in our darkest moments. Use any downfalls to remember why you are working hard and find hope that it will work out.

Alright, what is it? What have you been procrastinating on? What do you need to own up to this month? We love a lone wolf story, and we totally believe in you kicking ass on your own archers, but do you need someone to hold you accountable, to keep you honest? Independence is great, but perhaps having an accountability partner this month won’t hurt.
Capricorn: Temperance

Is everything feeling out of control around you? Are there pieces you are trying to put together? Coworkers who need to get on the same page? This is where you come in. Consider yourself the eye of a hurricane this month. You are learning to compromise, communicate, and cooperate. Sometimes we believe the leaders to be the loudest in the room, but quiet temperance is stronger than a loud voice in a room.
Aquarius: Queen of Swords

January 20th – February 18th
While everyone is looking for costumes to disguise themselves in, you are cutting through smoke and mirrors and getting straight to the facts this month. Of course this doesn’t mean you don’t have a sense for tricks and treats. You know how to find humor in situations, but when push comes to shove, if you or someone else is not being direct, do it now. This is the month to communicate honestly.

February 19th – March 20th
No one likes to be the bearer of bad news, and certainly not this card, but here we go. Sometimes we hit bumps and we feel like “Seriously? Why!” but instead of dwelling on the situation, is there a way we can step back? Can we see how this problem is trying to help us grow? What can we learn? Pisces you are so used to giving to others, so I need you to give yourself the same patience, resilience, and honesty. Use everything you have to keep trying!

Oh Aries… You know how people say we are the most confident and outgoing sign? What they don’t see though is that we are also our biggest critic. This card reminds us to look at new and spontaneous possibilities. How can we just throw our hands in the air and act foolish? Whatever the answer is, do it. Anything goes with you and this card! Take that energy into this month and your career goals!
Taurus: Seven of Pentacles

When it comes to work, you keep your head down and stick to it until the job gets done, but Taurus, this card is tapping you on the shoulder to say, “hey, take a breath.” Step back and assess how much you have accomplished. Perhaps a new course of action is needed, or you can just take a break for a second and admire your hard work. This isn’t easy for you, but ask yourself: what’s the point in all the work if you don’t get to enjoy life here and there?
Gemini: The Devil

Trick-or-treat! This card is scary for anyone to get, but here’s the thing. This card is not meant to scare you, but bring something out of the darkness for you. Is there something you can feel is not quite right? An offer? Something too good to be true with a project? This card asks you to get everything out in the light before deciding. This is not the time to get restless and rush into things. Make sure you have all the facts before moving forward, and don’t make assumptions.
Cancer: Two of Cups

June 21st – July 22nd
We love how you can get the job done alone, but the card is asking you to be open to a possible partnership. You’ll be surprised by what you can create and accomplish with another person. No one is asking you to crack open your shell and divulge your darkest secrets. Sometimes having another pair of eyes on an idea you have will allow you to see the good and bad to your initial view on what was possible.
Leo: Two of Pentacles

July 23rd – August 22nd
A lion is just a cat in the wild, and cats in general are known for being agile and flexible. This month it is all about embracing your inner lion (or black cat) and knowing you got this! You can handle anything thrown your way with ease. If you are not feeling confident, remember who you are and know that the confidence will come. Ask for more responsibility at work! Tap into all the good you know you can do and find a way to start on a side hustle! You got this!
Virgo: Six of Swords

August 23rd – September 22nd
Now that your season has come to an end, you may be feeling a bit down. Take this card as a reminder to take some time to recover. Work may have been a bit draining, or hope has been lost on certain projects. Maybe you’ve been so hard on yourself to reach a goal and you didn’t reach it. Okay, you will be okay. You will get through this. No one is saying work all the time is going to be an adventure, but you are moving forward. Maybe not as fast as you want, but movement is movement. It will be okay.
